The apartment has a maximum occupancy of four people (two double bedrooms) and has WiFi, Airconditioning in the bedrooms, a porch on the front and the back and is furnished.

Pricing

With an occupancy of two persons the rental fee is US$ 95,- a night or US$ 630 a week
For a third and/or fourth person and additional fee of US$ 10,- per person/per night is added
Final cleaning fee US $ 50,-
